Your body needs water daily. According to MedlinePlus, athletes need water because they sweat. 

Drinking replenishes your body's fluids! Can you drink water while exercising?

According to Houston Methodist, sweating lowers your body temperature. Dehydration & heat stroke are serious, so refresh your water.
