Butternut squash noodles

Butternut squash noodles are easier than you think! The supermarket shop sells these pre-packaged. 

Pre-packaged "convenience" foods are generally unhealthy. 

This dish uses one healthy time-saver! Most large supermarket stores provide pre-packaged butternut squash "noodles" that are great for quick dinners. 

A vegetable spiralizer can make butternut squash "noodles" in minutes. 

Either way, you’re going to adore this easy & delicious recipe! A spiralizer can manufacture butternut squash noodles if your grocery store doesn't have them. 

They're cheap and easy to use because there are so many types! whether. It's simple, tasty, & makes dinner more fun! 

Medium-heat olive oil in a big skillet. Turn butternut squash noodles after 4-5 minutes to cook evenly. . Be warm. 

Melt butter in pan. Cook chopped sage & cinnamon for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. 

Toss sage butter-coated butternut squash noodles in pan. Season with salt & pepper. Serve immediately with your favorite entrée or as a light main dish. 

Whether These noodles are also wonderful on their own. You can eat them for a light lunch or add steamed or fresh veggies for variation.
