ALDI is usually renowned for its affordable off-brand merchandise, but this summer has been everything from calm. Fortunately, one that was closed is now open for business.

Since the fall of last year, the business has experienced closures due to subpar performance, a lack of qualified employees, and even insect infestations. Some of these closures were sudden, while others were reportedly only temporary.

According to Block Club Chicago, ALDI stores northwest of downtown Chicago reopened in August following two failed inspections, according to city records.
